Jayne Anne O'Flynn
Founder and Trustee

Jayne Anne O’Flynn is the visionary founder of the O'Flynn Foundation, a registered charity, dedicated to supporting mental health, strokes, and degenerative conditions in North East Lincolnshire.

With a mission encapsulated in the words 'To See, To Touch, To Feel' the foundation collaborates closely with Fortis Therapy and Lincs Inspire, reflecting our core values of compassion, support, and community.

Established in response to the profound impact of mental health challenges witnessed within my own family, the O'Flynn Foundation serves as a cornerstone for individuals and families on low incomes who are suffering from serious mental health issues.

Understanding the devastating effects these conditions can have, particularly on young children, Jayne Anne is driven by a deep-seated passion to make a positive difference in as many lives as possible.

The O'Flynn Foundation is not just a support system but a vital resource in the community, helping to alleviate the burden on NHS waiting lists, especially in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The pandemic has exacerbated mental health issues, leaving thousands, particularly children, in need of support.

The foundation steps in to fill this gap, providing timely assistance and care. Jayne Anne O’Flynn’s dedication to this cause is fuelled by a personal experience that highlighted the urgent need for mental health support and the devastating impact it can have on a family.

Witnessing this first-hand, especially through the eyes of three young children, Jayne Anne was inspired to create an organization that could offer hope, healing, and a renewed sense of self-worth to those in need in her community.

The greatest pleasure for Jayne Anne lies in transforming lives, restoring individuals belief in themselves, and helping them rediscover a purpose to live and enjoy life through the O'Flynn Foundation, a beacon of hope and a catalyst for change, ensuring that no one has to face mental health challenges alone.
