We believe in the power of community and the importance of reducing stigma surrounding mental health and strokes, and focus on raising awareness, organising fundraising events, and providing support to those who need it the most.
I can't thank the O'Flynn Foundation enough for funding a 12-week programme of support at Lincs Inspire for me. The difference it has made to me is immense.

Samantha Vowls is an inspiration for anyone who is facing major setbacks in their life.
In 2017, life was on a downward spiral for Samantha following a workplace accident, causing injury to her lumbar spine. Anxiety and depression followed, along with low self-esteem and poor motivation.
Gaining strength, improving balance, preparing for surgery and enhanced social wellbeing are the benefits one Grimsby resident is gaining from using power-assisted equipment at the town’s Health & Wellbeing Centre.
A stroke survivor praises the mental health support offered by Lincs Inspire’s health referral programme; a scheme which is also helping him to manage his weight after years of yo-yo dieting and following internet fads.
After witnessing a horrific suicide incident on a railway track in October 2023, Maxine was struggling to cope with everyday life.
Her family urged her to seek help from her GP and a diagnosis of PTSD followed, but a thorough assessment and subsequent tests has indicated a potential problem with Maxine’s heart.
